Problem	Solution
Dirty, greasy carpets or rugs/mats caused by foot traffic from kitchen or beer and drink contamination.	Remove excess debris then spray Titan degreaser at 10:1 dilution in hot water. Allow 15-30 minutes contact time before using carpet extraction machine with Glender carpet shampoo at 40:1 solution. Titan will break up and dissolve oil and grease residues from a wide variety of surfaces. Glender is a detergent shampoo for extraction equipment which is an ideal product to clean and revitialise carpets and fabrics.
Hard Floor surfaces contaminated with oil and grease. Type of floor: Tiles, Tile grouting, Non slip safety flooring.	Remove excess deris then spray Super Foam degreaser at 10:1 dilution in hot water or apply by mop at 40:1 dilution. Allow 5-10 minutes contact time before agitating with deck scrub brush. Rinse throughly and remove residue either by using extraction vac or floor drain. N.B This product is only suitable for bleach safe surfaces.
Floors, which dirty too easily, have a dull finish or require protection. Floor type: PVC, thermoplastic, linoleum, rubber, vinyl, sealed wood and terrazzo floor surfaces.	Diamond dry bright floor polish forms part of a floor maintenance system, which can protect your floor and provide a long lasting shine.

Kitchen & Food Production

Problem	Solution
Crockery Stained with tea and coffee.	For stubborn tanning stains Tango Powder gives exceptional results and economy by applying directly to dishwashing machine or by soak application.
Build up of carbon and grease on ovens and grills.	This problem is easily solved by using Fat Solv de-carboniser. For full information on how to make this a simple and easy job please refer to Fat Solv chart.
Build up of carbonised deposits of grease and vegetable oil inside fat fryer.	Daily cleaning: The interior and exterior of equipment can be cleaned using Spray Stove, which is ready to use, and ideal for convenient application. Heavy Cleaning: liquid oven cleaners such as Para Oven Gel or Para Stove are recommended for heavy deposits on equipment. For caustic decarbonising in a soak application: Fat Solv is recommended to remove burnt on carbon from stainless steel and cast compontents.
Hand contact points, door handles, switches, under table rims and chairs contaminated with ingrained soiling and possible harmful bacteria.	Blade Q.A.C. is the ideal product for this job to clean and sanitise sible harmful bacteria.
Prevention of harmful bacteria developing immunity to general disinfectants.	To ensure total safety we recommend that surfaces and equipment are treated with a terminal sanitiser to prevent harmful bacteria building up an immunity to bactericides used on a daily basis. Use Final Bact Kill terminal sanitiser which is a Poly BiQuinide disinfectant formula effective against Yeasts and Fungus growth which can be found in fridges, freezers and on surfaces in humid environments.
Harmful bacteria and fungus growths found in the interior of ice making machines, freezers, fridges, and dish and glass washers.	Bar Manager is the ideal product for killing bacteria and destroying fungus growths. Use as the complete solution for all equipment.
Dirty and stained crockery or cooking utensil.	Sometimes this problem is caused by the use of inferior chemicals. One way to check is to look at the inside of your machine for any sign of black or pink coloured slimey growths, which can be found on the internal surfaces. Machine dishwashing glasses using Bright Glass or Cabinet Glass Wash, with Para Gleam Rinse will ensure crockery and equipment are both clean and hygienic.

Problem	Solution
Mineral, and organic build-up inside toilet bowls, urinals and flush rims or floors ingrained with uric acid scale especially in tile grouting or porous concrete.	Unpleasant odours are best eliminated by removing the source of the problem rather than by masking it. Most problem odours in toilets are caused by surfaces contaminated with build-up of uric acid scale These surfaces can be effectively cleaned and disinfected using Quartz which will safely de-scale and remove organic and hard water deposits. For acid sensitive surfaces such as Stainless Steel we recommend Quartz Stainless. These products are recommended for daily use to prevent further build up and odour problems.
Toilet bowls and Urinals: Blocked or slow running drains and pipe work, which can also cause unpleasant odours.	Pipe work can become furred up with a build up of uric acid scale also paper and organic matter can also effect the performance of your system Dissolve Acid drain treatment: is a concentrated acid based chemical which will dissolve and liquefy organic matter such as hair, grease and food waste and any organic deposits found in internal plastic and metal pipe work.
